Your new role
As the Head of Risk, you will direct the firm's risk & compliance strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You will be the main point of contact with the SRA and will be responsible for conflicts of interest, financial crime, data protection, and ethical compliance. You will also advise other business units within the organization to foster a culture of compliance and conduct horizon scanning to keep the firm informed of regulatory changes.

What you'll need to succeed

1. A qualified solicitor.
2. Experience working within the legal sector.
3. Ability to make commercial decisions.
4. Expert understanding of the SRA handbook and code of conduct.
