We are seeking strong and mature individuals, keen to add value in the international field of risk management.
As Head of Sales & Marketing GRC, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Drive F24's growth as a leading provider in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) for the DACH region, strengthening our market presence and expanding brand recognition.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing Go-To-Market team, empowering them to excel in winning competitive tenders and tackling complex sales scenarios in IT, software, and SaaS sectors.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for major accounts, guiding strategic decision-making and fostering strong, long-term relationships through a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure effective go-to-market strategy execution, aligning product offerings with market demands.
- Tackle challenging customer requirements with expertise, providing insightful leadership and solutions that drive impactful results.
You
- Bring over 10 years of proven sales experience, including leadership roles, with a strong track record of managing and guiding high-performing teams.
- Are a passionate leader with a focus on driving software solutions.
- Are fluent in both German and English, with exceptional communication skills.
- Take a strategic, consultative approach to sales, particularly in software or IT solutions within regulatory environments.
- Demonstrate expertise in generating leads across multiple channels, using a data-driven and persistent sales methodology.
- Possess an open personality, with a high level of flexibility and a willingness to travel as needed.
- Have prior experience in regulatory risk, Business Continuity Management (BCM), or IT Security management/consulting (highly preferred).
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a Go-To-Market team to reach and exceed targets.
- Shape the strategic direction of the sales division and play a key role in F24's growth plans.
