Your Role:
As the Head of Sales for Eastern Europe, you will play a crucial role in delivering our business strategy and driving sustainable growth within your territory.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for yourself and your team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to maintain and enhance our market position.
  2. Team Leadership: Guide and support your KAM team, fostering strong relationships with both prospects and existing customers to ensure their needs are recognized and met.
  3. Market Expansion: Identify new customer segments and opportunities, leveraging market insights to maximize DHL's penetration in your territory.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Analyze customer performance and satisfaction, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure loyalty and success.
  5. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior management in CBS Austria, Poland, and Germany, aligning your strategies with group objectives.

Your Profile:

  1. Management Excellence: Proven ability to plan, organize, and lead teams effectively.
  2. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in a second European language as a plus.
  3. Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  4. Cross-Border Mindset: A solid understanding of international trade and logistics.
  5. Industry Experience: Background in consultative selling within the transport and logistics sector, with insights into eCommerce and parcel delivery.
