Your Tasks
  • Professional and disciplinary management and staff motivation of the team Industrial Drives (Pitch & Yaw System)
  • Development and control of the development process in the respective subject area
  • Developing and ensuring compliance with line guidelines to ensure development quality
  • Development of the product and patent portfolio according to the customer (internal/external) and market requirements, taking into account quality and cost targets
  • Continuous optimisation and development of the group in technical, personnel and structural terms
  • Development of the group-specific research and development competences in the company including observation of science and competition to identify trends at an early stage
Your Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent with at least 3 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of electrical drives behavior, components and state-of-the-art drive software functions and algorithms
  • Experience with industrial state-of-the-art converters and motion control system (e.g. ABB, Siemens, SINAMICS, KEBA, KEB) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the technical coordination of employees, experience in managing technical aspects in working teams and coordination of interdisciplinary internal/external teams and tasks
  • In-depth, theoretical knowledge in the application of advanced principles, methods and tools
  • Experience in developing electrical drives system functions in industrial environment
  • Skill set in function driven model-based development approaches according to V model, software engineering, requirements engineering, and software qualification methods (verification and validation) on component, system and integration level
