Head of Technical Unit for E-Mobility (m,f,d)

Your activities:

• As Technical Unit Manager, you are responsible for the economic success of your department and manage the area proactively with a constant eye on market developments and current trends
• In this context, you coordinate the technical orientation and further development of your Technical Unit, taking into account a sustainable and cross-departmental corporate strategy
• In addition to monitoring and managing the results of the project portfolio, you will work with our sales team to acquire new, innovative projects and build a sustainable customer network
• In doing so, you not only consider potential within the automotive environment, but also expand the network to adjacent industries, such as the special, construction and agricultural machinery industries
• You have the technical and disciplinary responsibility for the employees in your technical unit and are responsible for the individual support and development of the employees
• You are responsible for both the qualitative and quantitative personnel planning of the Technical Unit and ensure the high-quality development of expert teams

Your profile:

• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position and have a technical educational background
• You are an expert in the field of batteries, power electronics or electric machines and would like to further expand this expertise
• You have learned to think and act entrepreneurially and have a network in the automotive, construction or agricultural machinery industry
• You are motivated to set a new standard in development services together with our team and have a proactive hands-on mentality
• In addition to managing existing projects, you were actively involved in the acquisition of new projects in the OEM/Tier1 environment and successfully conducted tender negotiations
• You have experience in the professional and disciplinary management of employees
• You are characterized by a confident, self-assured demeanor, excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
