As an integral part of the Digital Technology Leadership team, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's Technology Design & AI Strategy. You'll drive forward the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital and AI solutions.
You will collaborate with various departments to integrate AI technologies into our business processes. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities for innovation and overseeing AI projects from conception to deployment. Additionally, you will mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
We are looking for a visionary leader who can inspire and motivate others, driving the adoption of AI and digital technologies to achieve our strategic goals. If you have a proven track record in technology design and AI, and are excited about leading a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
What will I be doing?- Provide thought leadership on emerging digital technologies and AI trends, and lead the design and development of digital and AI solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyse the organisation's goals and objectives, translating them into actionable plans and ensuring the technology roadmap aligns with the digital product roadmap.
- Champion cost transparency, value delivery, and service sustainability in digital and AI solutions.
- Define and enforce architectural governance to support business transformation and ensure the integration of AI solutions with existing systems.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and performance of solutions.
- Proven successful experience within digital architecture and AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Strong background in technology design and strategy execution, with experience in budget management and complex stakeholder management.
- Excellent understanding and awareness of IT trends and their business applications.
- Ability to work effectively at both operational and strategic levels, with a proven track record of leading significant change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly numerate and analytical, creative and innovative thinker.
- Effective communicator at all levels, adaptable and able to prioritise under tight deadlines.
