Field of activity

The GQ 0500 "Information Processing" department at the Würzburg site with around 500 employees coordinates information technology at the German Pension Insurance. It also develops, operates and monitors the IT processes of the Pension Insurance Data Office (DSRV) and other central IT services.
The activities of the "Strategic Planning" staff unit include responsibility for and central coordination of the department's strategic IT management tasks. A particular focus here is on the introduction of organizational agility and lean portfolio management based on the SAFe framework.

Your tasks
  • Supporting the department management in all technical, organizational and official matters
  • Assisting in the coordination of inquiries from the Audit Office and the Federal Audit Office (BRH)
  • Preparing department-relevant content to ensure targeted internal and external communication
  • Representing the department in meetings and workshops as well as to interest groups
  • Independently preparing statements, inquiries and presentations
  • Coordinating business management matters
Your profile
  • Completed academic degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in the field of computer science or a related field (e.g. business informatics) or in an administrative, economic, political science or mathematical degree program
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks and topics in the IT environment
  • Experience in coordinating or working on plans or projects, ideally in an agile context
  • Very good written and spoken German (C1)
  • A structured way of working, strong customer focus, a confident manner and good communication skills round off your profile
