About the Client:
Our client is a leading contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support safety compliance on a high-profile highways project at Junction 10 of the M25.

About the Role:
You will play a key role in ensuring site safety, compliance, and best practices are upheld throughout the project. Working closely with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest health and safety standards on-site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting health and safety compliance on-site, ensuring all regulations and procedures are followed
• Conducting risk assessments, site audits, and safety inspections
• Providing guidance and support to project teams on HSE matters
• Liaising with contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions where necessary
• Reporting on health and safety performance and ensuring continuous improvement

About You:
You will have a strong background in health and safety advisory roles within highways or infrastructure projects. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in enforcing health and safety standards on-site.

Essential requirements:

• Nebosh General Certificate
• Highways Safety Card
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Experience working on major highways or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations
• Ability to start ASAP
