Health and Safety Trainer

£30-40,000 + pension + professional development + 20 days annual leave + bonus + car loan

We are looking for great Health and Safety Trainers.

We have a wide client portfolio of large organisations across the UK.

We have a suite of engaging health and safety training programmes aimed at managers and supervisors.

We need great people to facilitate our face-to-face training programmes.

Are you ?

Working in a health and safety role, where you need to talk to people about how they can make work safe?

Interested in helping other people to manage their teams risks?

Known for your communication skills and your interest in other people s work?

Looking for new settings and new challenges to develop your safety management skills, as well as your training and facilitation skills?

You will:

Have a full driving license and be able to travel independently

Want to travel to our offices in Loughborough periodically to collaborate with our team of consultants and trainers on new and existing training programmes

Be able to pass DBS and other security checks that our clients might require

You might have

A formal training qualification (but if not, we ll access training for you)

A safety qualification (the higher the better, but we will develop the right person to the right level)

One big thing

This job is a lot of fun for the right person you will be working in pairs, travelling throughout the UK and staying away from home for several nights most weeks.
