What a Housekeeping Supervisor does at our Hotel:

• To deputise in the absence of head housekeeper -
• Checking rooms
• Placing orders
• Checking public areas
• Assigning team duties
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards.
• Work as part of a team and be happy to assist in other areas as necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
