Position: Site HR Manager
Location: Tuusula, Finland
Job Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: 3 Days On-site, 2 Days Remote

We are looking for an experienced Site HR Manager to lead the human resources function at our Tuusula facility. Reporting directly to the Europe HR Director, this role will support around 250 employees, with a focus on Production, R&D, QA/RA, and Operations, driving key initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to implement HR strategies that support business success.
• Oversee HR processes to improve quality and efficiency throughout the employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
• Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
• Act as the company's representative in labor negotiations and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Lead a local HR Coordinator and actively contribute to the development of the broader Europe HR team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR, ideally within multinational organizations and manufacturing settings.
• Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and lead organizational change.
• Deep knowledge of local labor laws and HR fundamentals.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing others and driving meaningful change.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication abilities.
