HR MANAGER (M/F/D)
ISR - International School on the Rhine seeks an experienced HR professional to undertake the role of HR Manager in our dynamic international school. With a staff of over 200 across our three sites, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the recruitment and engagement at ISR. The successful candidate will integrate into our Administrative team and work in collaboration with our Academic staff, the Finance team, and lead our HR team.
PERSON SPECIFIC
ESSENTIAL:
- Experience in international environment.
- Excellent administrative skills, including organisation and planning.
- Hands-on approach to working.
- Flexibility of thought and action.
- Strong personality.
- German speaking.
- German labour law knowledge.
YOUR TASKS
RECRUITMENT:
- Recruiting for all ISR School and Kindergartens. Onboarding and contract management.
- Relocating new staff and existing staff (support with flights, apartments, insurances, banking).
