As our HR Program Manager, you'll take the lead in planning, directing, and delivering a strategic HR program built from multiple high-impact projects. This isn't just a job-it's a chance to drive real transformation! Your expertise will help us build a seamless, digital HR ecosystem. You'll work closely with department heads, managers, and staff, offering strategic guidance and being the go-to mentor within our department. This role will be your chance to form a power duo with the IT Program Manager, making sure our tech solutions work like a well-oiled machine.

The Program:

  • Implementing the SAP ECP Payroll System: Drive a major system change in a large established country while piloting in a brand-new start-up country.
  • Enhancing Time & Attendance: Roll out a new, integrated time-attendance and absence administration system that ties seamlessly with other systems.
  • Optimizing Payroll Processes: Boost efficiency with the Payroll Control Center (PCC) in SAP to streamline and simplify workflows.

About You:

  • Proven HR Program Management Experience: 10+ years leading complex, multi-country HRIS transformation projects.
  • Change Management Expertise: You're a pro at guiding teams through change, especially in HR and payroll processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Deep understanding of SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, UKG WFC/Dimensions, and SAP ECP/PCC is a must.
  • Strong Leadership: You're a natural at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and working effectively with teams at all levels.
  • Quick Learner & Team Player: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to new information.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English speaker.
