Key Responsibilities:

• Records Management: Maintain accurate team member records, assist with payroll processes, and support compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Employee Relations: Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for team member inquiries, supporting HR initiatives to enhance team engagement and well-being.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, maintain training records, and support development programs to promote team member growth and development.
• Administrative Duties: Assist with HR reporting, document preparation, and any additional projects to support the HR team's objectives.
