Job Description

Part-time contract: (3 days a week) Initial 6 months with potential extension to go full-time

Industry: Advertising and commercial production

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hybrid working: We're a fully remote agency with our HQ in Barcelona.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a solid background in advertising and production and with an itch for delivering exceptional creative campaigns. The ideal candidate would be based near London.

Who is the agency? - Sidekick Studios London is a boutique creative agency, which functions as a hybrid advertising-production company, originally founded in London with their HQ in Barcelona.

About the agency's client: - Sidekick's clients operate predominantly within the fintech space, the largest being a well-known UK bank. The agency prides itself on building and retaining strong relationships with its clients.

What type of work will I be doing? - You'll be involved in comprehensive ATL campaigns and a variety of projects; OOH, TV, and digital production, both in the UK and helping our client's expansion into new territories. Having experience in both production as well as advertising is a bonus.

Who will I collaborate with? - You will work closely with clients on a daily basis, partnering with Sidekick's creative department. You'll report to the founder and work closely alongside Sidekick's PM to manage the agency projects.

What will my responsibilities include? - In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, taking ownership of projects, and ensuring deliveries are consistently on time and within budget. You'll champion the agency's creative ideas, maintaining a high standard of quality, and provide support with market research when needed.

How can I tell if I'm a good fit for this role? - First and foremost, you have more than 5 years of experience as an Account Manager with a robust creative agency/production background. Experience working within the fintech space would be preferable. You thrive in a busy, entrepreneurial, and sometimes high-pressure creative environment, adept at driving projects forward with minimal oversight and are happy to get involved where needed to support the team.

You likely prefer a good level of autonomy, have a solid strategic understanding, and possess hands-on experience in executing creative campaigns across multiple channels.

It would be beneficial if you have a strong foundation in delivering ATL campaigns. Above all, people enjoy working with you, and you genuinely care about both your career and the quality of your work.
