We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Support Sales Manager to join our team.
Job Description:The Product Support Sales Manager will be responsible for driving our aftermarket business development and aligning our sales functions with DiPerk and Perkins' long-term goals. This role is pivotal in championing innovative sales strategies, customer-centric solutions, and operational excellence, ensuring DiPerk and Perkins maintain their leadership in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement high-impact strategies to enhance market presence, revenue streams, and the adoption of integrated services. Collaborate with Perkins and internal stakeholders to shape DiPerk's priorities.
Operational Excellence: Optimize sales pipelines, implement performance analytics, and achieve measurable improvements.
Talent Development: Mentor employees and foster an innovation-driven team culture to cultivate leadership pipelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with Perkins and other stakeholders to maximize regional impact.
Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Skills and Knowledge:
Relevant, proven experience in sales leadership and account management
Strong interpersonal skills with confidence to empower and develop team potential
Full P&L responsibility, experience with pricing dynamics and EBIT impact
Strong risk and change management skills
Adept in customer-facing situations with strong negotiation skills
Understanding of technical solutions sales
Strong critical thinking with a focus on revenue opportunities
Graduate-level qualifications preferred
