IAM DevOps Engineer with IAM hands on, Kubernetes, RBAC, Identity Provider Integration experiencence

Location - UK Hybrid 3 days on site in Europe

My client is urgently searching for an IAM Dev/Ops Engineer with IAM hands on, GitOps, Kubernetes, integration topologies, automation, OT experience to work on a critical hybrid control role in Denmark, Copenhagen.

A successful candidate will have excellent experience in:

IAM DevOps Engineer - Expert level 5-8 years

Dev Ops - 5 years

Kubernetes - 5 years

RBAC - 5 years

Identity Provider Integration - 3-5 years

Automation IAM & Kubernetes - 3-5 years

Documentation - 5 years plus

The job role:

Demonstrate experience of working in a program delivering Identity and Access Management within an enterprise organisation.

Specific competence using Identity Provider products and services, and an ability to demonstrate best practice with regards to configuration and delivery.

1. IAM Framework: Experience designing and integrating IAM solutions with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
2. Kubernetes Expertise: Proven experience in on-premise Kubernetes clusters and implementing RBAC.
3. Identity Provider Integration: Expertise with SSO protocols and integrating identity providers.
4. Secrets Management: Hands-on experience with Secret Vault for secure secrets storage and dynamic secret management.
5. Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and encryption technologies in cloud-native environments.
6. Automating IAM and Kubernetes infrastructure.
7. Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and explain IAM concepts clearly.
8. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills in resolving IAM and Kubernetes-related issues.
9. Adaptability: Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing project needs in fast-paced environments.
10. Documentation: Skilled at documenting IAM frameworks, policies, and best practices for technical and non-technical users.
11. Experience: 3-5 years in DevOps roles with focus on IAM, Kubernetes, and cloud-native security.

This is an English speaking role. On-site presence in Denmark, Copenhagen required at least 3 days a week (poss mid week)

Good collaboration skills: candidate will join an existing agile team

Start ASAP.

Duration: 12 months with very likely extensions into 2026/2027
