The role is split 50:50 in:

Implementation

• You take over the responsibility for new Merchants and ensure a smooth onboarding to the everstox platform.
• You create and execute onboarding & implementation plans for new Merchants incl. dashboard configuration.
• You facilitate the communication between Merchants and Logistics Partners.
• You work closely with the product team for technical questions.
• You recognize the needs of our Customers and search for solutions ensuring customer happiness.

Logistic Partner Integration Manager

• You are the first point of contact for Logistic Partners (LP's) for technical questions to our system.
• You are a sparing partner for LPs to increase and improve their everstox integration and value perception.
• You clarify and address queries about the everstox Logistics Partner interface and validation solution proposals of IM / Sales Tech.
• You ensure that the technical setup of Logistics Partners accommodates everstox's multi-user approach.

You are special because:

• You have a strong academic & professional background in a business-related field.
• You have 2-3 years experience in technical Account Management / Implementation department in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• You are solution-focused and have a technical understanding.
• You are self-motivated, structured and strive to solve problems accurately and effectively.
• You are open-minded and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• You are fluent in German and English (speaking & writing skills).
• You are available for a full-time position with a flexible start date.
