Within the " Landing Gear & Integration " division, you will join the industrial direction and will be in charge of industrial excellence and investments, as well as Manufacturing engineering, digitalization and R&T advanced manufacturing road maps for our 6 sites of production: Bidos, Gloucester, Suzhou, Montreal, Toronto, and Queretaro.

In this role you will be in charge of:

1. Capex:
   1. Define Capex MTP & Budget, and achieve Commitment and Spend targets
   2. Supporting the sites in the Capex justification and validation process
2. Manufacturability:
   1. Organizing the manufacturability reviews with our sites (internal and supply chain) & identifying the product/process improvement opportunities
   2. Ensure escalation & Support the resolution of the technical issues in coordination with product improvement and design engineering teams
   3. Organizing Concurrent Engineering workshops to improve product quality
3. Risk & BCP:
   1. Organizing and animating the biannual Risk reviews for LGI Manufacturing & Supply chain
   2. Ensuring the Business Continuity Plan creation, update and execution on the sites
4. Low Carbon & Scope 3 focal for LGI
5. Manufacturing engineering excellence:
   1. Ensure manufacturing engineering excellence
   2. Drumbeat the LGI Man Eng, LGI R&T AdvMfg as well as SLS Digitalization road maps

You will also manage a team of 4 persons:

1. LGI central Manufacturing Engineering director:
   1. Define manufacturing engineering road map
   2. Deploy the APQP process (PFMEA, SPC ) and ensure the performance of the industrialization process
   3. Manufacturing focal for New PLM project
   4. Coordinator of the ZnNi industrialization project
2. LGI central R&T Advanced Manufacturing director:
   1. Define R&T advanced manufacturing road map
   2. Bring R&T AdvMfg project up to TRL6
   3. Budget definition and follow up
   4. STREAM (Trepanning) project leader
3. SLS RSIP Manufacturing Engineering (Responsable Systemes d'Information Processus):
   1. Accountable for the maintenance, development, consistency and performance of the Information System of the process
   2. Key users network management, target applications definition and change management
   3. New PLM Phase 2 (MEDS) project leader
   4. TMS (Tool Management System) project leader
4. SLS Central Industrial Coordinator for digitalization activities:
   1. Define digitalization road map
   2. Management of the SPC (Statistical Process Control) Datalyzer solution deployment at SLS level
   3. Management of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) ShopVue solution deployment
   4. Coordination of SLS industrial Paperless road map
