Job Description

Information Security Awareness & Privacy Manager

Hybrid working policy: 3 days per week required in the office.

DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global professional services firm who are looking for an Information Security Awareness & Privacy Manager to join the team on a permanent basis in their London office.

Core Objectives:
- Create a strategic, global plan to measurably improve security and awareness within the firm.
- Identify and monitor security and privacy training needs within the organization.
- Design, plan, and implement security and privacy training programs, campaigns, policies, and procedures that fulfil those needs.
- Build relationships, and both create and execute on campaigns to improve awareness and sophistication across the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security and privacy awareness program charter and strategy.
- Own, develop, and mature a global information security and privacy training and awareness program.
- Manage the phishing simulation testing program. Collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
- Define ambitious measurable goals, objectives, and identify metrics and solutions that show impact and growth over time.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope and budget.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong experience in the fields of cybersecurity, security awareness and privacy.
- Experience in reviewing policies and requirements from the user perspective, providing a pragmatic approach to improving awareness.
- Strong experience of working within a business facing capacity, effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Knowledge of cyber security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO, MITRE, etc (desirable)
- Knowledge of privacy regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, PIPL, etc (desirable)
