Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support key business systems, including servers and storage networks.
Monitor and refine server and network performance.
Design and manage security policies and domain controllers.
Provide third-level support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
Lead technical projects and contribute to business continuity planning.

What Skills do you need to succeed:

Practical experience in a multi-site, distributed ICT environment.
Minimum HNC/HND in IT or business-related subject, or 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
Flexibility and a proactive attitude towards work.
