Currently we are looking for an Integrations Product Manager to join our team. Full description of the position and requirements can be found below.

What You'll Do

I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owning and managing the Custom Integration s, aligned with goals set by management .
  • Owning, as well as being responsible for documenting t he Custom Integrations process: from conceptualizing, story-boarding, PRD (Product Requirements document) creation, including system use cases and white sheets, and many more.
  • Delivering PRDs with prioritized features to relevant stake-holders in R&D and Delivery.
  • Acting as liaison between all stake holders, including executive management, party businesses, marketing representatives, customers and R&D team, both internal and external, throughout products' lifecycle.
  • Collecting and communicating product requirements and managing the release of Integrations Contents.
  • Assist in the planning of incoming projects, as well as assist ing in any capacity to streamline the launch of new integrations.
  • Assisting in the Managing of product backlogs and versions according to SCRUM/Agile Methodologies.
  • Understand s the integration process in details in every step.
  • Defin es requirements , p lan s and coordinat es integration project s from design and development to production.
  • Implement s continuous improvement practices.
  • Analyze s and handle s all issues and change requests.
  • Proactively identif ies risks and issues to the quality of the integrations .
  • Monitor s deliverables on a daily basis, identif y critical points and obstacles.
  • Manag es client expectations and escalations throughout the integration .
  • Develop s strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Hold s meetings with customers on weekly basis to review open issues, performance and updates.
  • Key point of contact for the customer.
  • Assist s with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Maintain transparent communication with immediate manager, with respect to work undertaken and ensure that performance standards/expectations should not get breached.
  • Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Provide timely progress reports and seek guidance as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Attend & contribute to team huddles, meetings & ad hoc meetings when required.
  • Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the achievement of department and organizational goals.

II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHIP

  • In his/her everyday work the Product Manager is subordinate to his/her manager or to the Managing Director of the Company, according to the approved Company's organizational chart.
  • Works closely with all re levant parties both inside and outside of the company.

III. REQUIREMENT

  • 2 + years of proven Product Management experience with a strong focus on Integrations
  • Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of handling and managing multiple integrations
  • Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues
  • Systems orientation and experience - Networking, SQL
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with complex integrated systems
  • SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience
  • Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls
  • Experience with - Jenkins, Git, Jira, Bamboo, JMeter .

Fluency in English.
