Interim Financial Controller

We are seeking an Interim Financial Controller to join our Not For Profit client in the heart of Berkshire.

• Oversee the company's accounting operations and financial systems
• Prepare and analyse financial reports
• Develop and implement financial strategies
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
• Streamline financial processes for efficiency
• Lead the finance team and foster a positive working environment

Profile

A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA) or qualified by experience
• Extensive experience in a similar role within a non-profit organisation
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations in a SME (
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Able to commute to Reading on a hybrid basis.
