They cover a wide range of content, including news and analysis, original reporting, social media, web stores, video, podcasts, newsletters, and live scores.

Job Description

Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Life Cycle and Benefits

  • Support managers with PIPs & PDPs
  • Support with ER case work e.g. grievances and disciplinaries
  • Support with the Visa renewal process (UK only)
  • Keep in touch with Maternity leavers
  • Support with Long Term Sick cases
  • Send out promotion emails
  • Answer queries on People Inbox
  • Send out job change / promotion / salary change letters
  • Send out probation letters
  • Send new joiner surveys to employees once they pass probation

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, experience in leading Employee Relations (ER) cases, and a proven ability to support managers effectively.

You will need to be immediately available.

What's on Offer

- Flexible hours - 10.00-15.00 or 4 days - This can be agreed with the client.

- Hybrid working, 1/2 days in the office.

- Day rate via PAYE or Umbrella.

- Start date: 10th March.
