1. Conducting proactive research to identify potential investment opportunities
2. Supporting the evaluation, structuring, and execution of investments
3. Assisting in due diligence, financial modelling, and the preparation of investment materials
4. Engaging with entrepreneurs, advisors, and intermediaries to understand opportunities aligned with the client's investment mandate
5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the SME and entrepreneurial sectors

1. A strong academic background, with professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CA) being desirable but not essential
2. Experience in corporate finance, private equity, or strategy consulting
3. Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
4. A passion for the SME sector and entrepreneurial businesses
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
