It's looking to add an investment professional to source and lead transactions,and work on portfolio management.What the job involves

• Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
• Assist the Partners and Directors across a number of private equity vehicles
• Opportunity to be involved with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fundraising when required management.

Who we are looking for

• Experience of; venture capital, growth equityand mid-market private equity as an investor or advisor
• Experience of sourcing and transacting in the UK is essential
• Ability to lead deals withoutsupervision
• Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
• Top academics from a leading academic institution
• Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you the ability to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
