IP Support Engineer (Level 2/3) - Hybrid - 12 Months - Berlin/Leipzig

We are looking for an experienced IP Support Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a migration project and will require an individual with knowledge of ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for troubleshooting and maintaining network systems.
• Resolve network issues using ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on Juniper Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to solve complex issues.
• Ensure the performance of network protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in IP support and Level 2/3 troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
• Familiarity with Adtran (optional).
• Experience with ticketing systems and network monitoring.

Qualifications:

• German language skills at B1/B2 level (written and spoken).

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Hybrid (2 days a month - Berlin/Leipzig)
