IT Learning Specialist - Legal Sector - 6 months Fixed Term

Looking to recruit an experienced IT Trainer/Learning specialist for a global professional services company. This is initially a 6 month fixed term role which may well extend.

Based in Birmingham, the L&D Specialist will take responsibility for delivering Legal Technology programs and core training for new starters across the wider business.

Working with key stakeholders and business users, the IT Learning Specialist will:

• Deliver and develop training programs across the international business.
• Identify learning needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Provide Learning solutions to external clients.
• Collaborate with the IT Department to ensure training materials meet need, are accessible and up to date.
• Undertake continuous improvement, refining the curriculum accordingly.
• Provide consultancy advice and expertise on individual projects as required.

Technically, the IT Learning Specialist will be proficient in the following:

• Literacy in Microsoft Office, Power Platform and M365
• CRM
• Bespoke Legal applications highly advantageous including DMS, CMS, Time Recording etc
• E-learning platforms

The chosen candidate will be both business and IT literate and be able to demonstrate an exceptional customer focus coupled with experience in learning and development incorporating all stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.
