• Manage smaller to medium-sized projects and deliver results within budget constraints

• Identify key stakeholders, clarify roles and responsibilities, and manage them throughout the project

• Work with the business/product owner to come up with project scope, prioritize goals, and ensure timely deliverables

• Set up overall project planning & controlling, with a focus on managing the critical path

• Manage project risks and issues, and plan resources for work packages

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members in business and IT areas

• Manage IT solution providers, both internally and externally, to deliver specified results

• Advanced project management skills with minimum 3 years experience managing end-to-end projects in banking, IT, Telco or insurance industry

• University degree in economics, computer science, or related technical discipline

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE); Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is an advantage

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a high customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment

• Ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks, respond to ad hoc requirements, and resolve conflicts without unnecessary escalation

• Possess process and solution orientation as well as strong presentation and communication skills

• General understanding of main banking business related regulatory requirements

• Fluency in English (verbal and written communication), additional knowledge of German and a Central European language as an advantage

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 53.802, gross per year. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
