Are you an experienced IT Security professional ready to lead and shape a robust security framework within a dynamic organization? We are seeking an IT Security Manager to protect and enhance the integrity of our IT infrastructure and sensitive information against cyber threats.

About the Role As the IT Security Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures. Your role will include managing security incidents, driving risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold and enhance security measures across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks through proactive monitoring and incident management.
• Oversee security compliance across the organization and third-party vendors.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the Cyber Security IT Analyst.
• Promote a culture of security awareness and deliver security training programs.
• Manage security audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments.
• Ensure adherence to frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, and data protection regulations (eg, GDPR).

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in IT security management, including incident handling, risk mitigation, and security strategy development.
• Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring teams, with strong organizational and delegation skills.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of cyber security technologies, frameworks (eg, NIST, ISO27001), and cloud security (preferably Azure).
• Qualifications: Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
