Your missionWe are looking for an IT Security Team Leader (f/m/d) whose main tasks will be:
- Lead and mentor a small team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee the design and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and initiatives to safeguard our organisation's infrastructure and data.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential threats.
- Manage security incident response and investigations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to minimise the impact of security breaches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices, and integrate them into our security operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a cybersecurity role, ideally as an IT Security Engineer with extensive blue teaming experience
- First experience in managing a team (ideally minimum 1 year)
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, industry standards, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud environments are a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP or CISM
- Experience with ISO27001
- Previous experience in incident response handling and forensics analysis.
- Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognize and reward talent. In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement, which is EUR 3,828 per month. However, the actual salary will be adjusted based on your qualifications, experience, and the specific role.
