IT Support Analyst

A successful multinational technology business is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join its team based in Crawley, West Sussex. The business encourages flexibility so you can work from home up to 3 days per week.

The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to providing hands-on technical support for cutting edge software products used by household name global brands. This role offers an excellent career trajectory to become an expert in resolving queries relating to cross-platform applications operating on Windows, Linux, UNIX and IBM i platforms.

In order to be suitable for this role you will be a flexible and personable IT professional with demonstrable Windows support experience, allied to some knowledge of Linux and/or UNIX. It will be advantageous to your application to have knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server etc. It is imperative to have excellent communication skills for this role as you will be supporting key external clients.
