Our client is an international company in pharma industry, located in Krems an der Donau.

We are searching for a fulltime On-site IT Support Specialist.

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide desk side support to all users on site including regular use of ticketing system (Service Now)
Operate and implement all IT infrastructure in scope, including appropriate application of globally defined processes around Configuration Management, Change Management, and Incident/Problem Management
Ensure effective collaboration with all IT colleagues
Communicate all IT infrastructure related topics to users on IT Solution Spot
Support all IT infrastructure projects on site
Support and manage vendors providing IT services at the site
Deliver products based on the IT Product model
Responsible for HW asset management, HW stock mai
