Role

Maintain IT hardware and software asset tracking in the asset management system.

Track and report on effectiveness of IT Asset Management, reporting compliance against the IT Asset Management policies and processes.

Responsible for IT Asset Management related data.

Skills + Experience

• Proven track record in IT Asset Management within substantial enterprise environment

• Experience with ServiceNow - functional knowledge of HAM Pro and SAM Pro

• ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Fundamentals

• Excellent communication skills

• Deep analytical skills with an sound capability in data analysis

• Collaborative and open working by nature, proving a valued partner by colleagues
