JDE Finance Specialist (French and English Language Proficiency)

Key Responsibilities for JDE Finance Specialist:

• Maintain the JDE ERP in operational conditions by upgrading it and/or carrying out configuration actions
• Provide Level 2 support to JDE users
• Write detailed technical specifications
• Interface with the Operations team: planning of treatments/production of evolutions,
• resolution of incidents, etc.
• Respond to requests from internal and external auditors
• Providing expertise to propose solutions to the development requests expressed by the Business
• Participate in the prioritization of development and project requests
• Ensure regular follow-up of the actions undertaken and communicate a progress report to the business
• Follow-up of the progress of the work carried out by the IT service providers
• Third-party data management, management of interfaces with the Back Office tools
• Management of E-commerce interfaces (such as Marketplace, Vending Machine) for Sales and Payment operations
• Management of the integration of dematerialized supplier invoices
• Management of inbound and outbound banking interfaces
• Management of the interface to the debt collection tool
• Sub-Accounting Management (AR/AP), General Accounting and analytical management
• Fixed Asset Management, management and integration of payroll entries and expense reports
• Management of the production of statements and files (VAT, FEC, tax return)
