Junior Data Engineer - TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC)

Epsom, Surrey (3 days a week in the office)

£40-60,000 + package

TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner.

We are recruiting heavily within their data teams and wanting to speak with people who are data engineers but either have a good understanding of .NET (C#) application development or would be happy to learn .NET

This role has been described as 60/40 with the 60% being technical, the 40% being soft skills/communication/collaboration.

Your skills set will be heavily Azure based with experience in Data Factory/Data bricks/Synapse/SQL/Python.

You might even have Azure certifications; Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Developer expert, Azure Data Engineer expert.

In an Agile Environment using modern methodologies and techniques (CI/CD, TDD, Pair Programming, vertical Slice Delivery)

Working as part of an empowered, self-organising team you collectively own the process, decisions, and commitments for delivering the prioritised business goals in conformance to defined standards and governance.

As a team you own what you build, ensuring effective ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation.

On a personal level you will own your performance development plan in pursuit of continuous growth and development.
