Job Description:

• Supporting and advising university members in legal matters
• Processing internal and external enquiries on various legal topics, including civil law, study law, organisational law, and criminal law
• Accompanying official procedures, especially in study law, and preparing official decisions
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Assistance with organisational law issues
• Completion of administrative tasks relating to the area of work
• Collaboration on statements on legislative changes
• Organising internal training courses and further training as well as continuous personal development

Your profile:

• Completed diploma or master's degree in law
• Ideally initial professional experience (e.g. court practice, administrative internship) and knowledge of university structures
• Very good communication skills in German, both written and oral, as well as a very good command of English
• High personal integrity and discretion
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Willingness to learn and quick comprehension

Salary Information:
For this position in job group IVa, a minimum gross salary of € 3.266 per month (14 times) is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
