Key Stage 2 Teacher needed in Loughborough - to start in January, competitive rates!

Hays Education is working with a rural school near Loughborough to find a Year 2 Teacher to join their Key Stage 1 team from January until the end of the academic year. The school are looking for a teacher with an excellent working knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and is confident working with SEND pupils. Your new schoolThis lovely village school near Loughborough boasts a vibrant community and excellent support for SEND pupils. They have a brilliant team of Teaching Assistants and HLTAs to support you in your new role, too. Alongside classroom learning, pupils benefit from creative activities and after-school clubs.
Your new roleIn your new job as a Teacher with Hays, you will work on a long-term basis as a Year 2 Class Teacher including planning and marking. You'll work collaboratively to foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. You will also benefit from the support of your dedicated Recruitment Consultant, Hollie, who will be on-hand throughout your placement and beyond.
What you need to succeedTo be successful in your new job, you will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience working with Key Stage 1 pupils. This role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with strong experience in Key Stage 1.
You'll need to have excellent behaviour management skills and be prepared to support SEND and EAL pupils. Most importantly, you'll be confident stepping into a new school ready to build relationships quickly!
