We're hiring: Knowledge Coordinator (Brussels, On-site)

Are you passionate about organizing knowledge, streamlining communication, and building collaborative frameworks in a dynamic IT environment? Twenty8 is looking for a Knowledge Coordinator to support one of our flagship European digital governance projects.

Your Mission

As a Knowledge Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of our framework-wide knowledge strategy. You'll coordinate knowledge creation and dissemination across multiple service components, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a harmonized knowledge management framework
• Define roles, processes, and tools for effective knowledge sharing
• Identify gaps, drive improvement, and coordinate cross-team alignment
• Monitor documentation quality and support training initiatives
• Report on KPIs and ensure continuous service optimization
• Collaborate closely with technical writers and service managers

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in knowledge management or documentation strategy
• Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence)
• Solid understanding of ITIL (v3 or v4 - certification preferred)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in English & French
• Previous experience in European Institutions is a big plus
