Focused on providing high-quality teaching and learning for children aged 4-11. Excellent support from senior leadership and a strong sense of collaboration amongst staff.Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for children in Key Stage 1 (KS1). Support the academic, social, and emotional development of each child, ensuring their individual needs are met. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and enriching learning environment. Maintain high standards of behaviour and promote a love for learning. Regularly communicate with parents/carers regarding student progress.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) UK experience. Experience or specialism in teaching Key Stage 1. Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and best teaching practices. A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community. Excellent classroom management skills and a positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Desirable: Experience in planning and delivering phonics programs. Familiarity with SEND strategies and inclusive education.
