Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for an Laboratory Technician to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Stevenage on a on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Up to £15.96 per hour PAYE
Laboratory Technician role:
• Maintain UK CLR hub including impeller and baffle inventory
• Arrange repair of STV equipment
• Help with ship materials/equipment, order glassware/consumable in Stv DSD labs and replacing/ordering - chemistry and Oligo
• Map RX-10+Hubers, order/replace parts, organise planned-maintenance, plan long term replacement (CapEx)
• Tidy up & order parts once a month swage lock
• Organise planned-maintenance of PAT tools
• Fully embrace all aspects of safety when working in the laboratory
• Comply with applicable Data Integrity, Quality, cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and regulatory requirements in all aspects of work
Your Background:
• BSc or HNC or equivalent would be preferred in a chemistry-based subject
• GCSEs or equivalent including Maths, English and Chemistry
• Laboratory experience in a GMP environment
