Your new role
Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00
£20,000-£25,000 + Bonus
The Lead Administrator will have full access to all leads within the business to increase client visits, chase up leads and push towards a sale.
This role involves proactively reaching out to potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with the sales team to help successfully close deals.
Main Duties:
• Making outbound calls to the current home lift leads to pushing for show room visits or site visits.
• Working with the sales team to pass leads over which are potential sales.
• Effectively providing potential clients with product information they require.
• Business introduction calls to other businesses' IE architects, builders.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times and in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all the leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth passing of qualified leads.
• Utilising Linked In to reach out to new clients.
