We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide advanced business analysis for business solutions and projects. The role involves gathering requirements, investigating issues, leading workshops, and driving business outcomes with internal teams and third-party suppliers. You will also support testing, implementation, and training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, ensuring approvals and estimates are in place
• Lead business analysis workshops and identify areas for improvement
• Drive activities to achieve business outcomes with internal teams and suppliers
• Support testing, implementation, and training as needed

Essential Experience:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a transformation environment
• Experience working on new system, product, or service launches
• Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
