• Salary Range: £82,500 - £87,000 (based on candidate experience)
• Employee Package: Bonus (discretionary) + Excellent company benefits
• Hybrid Model: Mostly remote (ad-hoc travel to London office expected 1-2 days a month)

About the Role:

My client, a leading UK-based IT Services & IT Consulting organisation is seeking a diligent and efficient Lead Full Stack Developer to fit into their internal team and is looking to guide and mentor a squad of innovative engineers. You will be handling both back and Front End development tasks making sure everything is technically sound and aligned with project requisites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take care of technical tasks while also acting as a point of contact for escalation.
• Create and preserve Server Side logic and user-facing features.
• Make sure UI/UX designs are technically feasible.
• Administer testing and debugging of applications.
• Take part in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Make technical decisions for the team.
• Champion and advise your team in full stack development activities.

Candidate Technical Skills/Role Requirements:

• Proven Experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong knowledge of Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js)
• Proficiency in Server Side languages (Node, Python, Java) and Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with responsive design
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
