Lead Hardware Engineer

Lead Hardware Engineeron-site, Milton Keynes Outside IR35 Active SC would be advantageousWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Hardware Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the team, handling escalations, prioritizing tasks, and allocating work.
• Serving as a roaming resource to address hardware needs at HSP.
• Modifying existing hardware to meet evolving requirements.
• Managing printer faults and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Troubleshooting hardware issues and malfunctions at users' desks.
• Collaborating with software engineers to develop new components.

Skills and Experience:

• Hardware: Proficiency with laptops, desktops, printers, Apple smartphones, and iPads.
• Technologies: Expertise in Windows 10/11, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, and the M365 application suite.
• People Skills: Excellent customer-facing abilities, strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet to assist with 'how do I' queries.
• Desirable Qualifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD101 & MD100).
