Lead Infrastructure Consultant

La Fosse are currently partnered with a customer who are looking to hire a Lead Infrastructure Consultant into their team.

This role is based out of their London office, 50/50 between home and office working, outside IR35 and paying £600-£650 per day.

Key experience needed for this role:

• Experienced systems engineer with solid systems administration and scripting skills in an on-premise environment.
• Demonstrable experience of administration and support for Windows Server technologies, VMWare, NSX, Dell VxRail, IDPA, SAN infrastructure, Active Directory, Avamar, PowerShell, Qualys, Sophos, SCOM, and Dell RecoverPoint.
• Deep technical knowledge of VMWare technologies.
• In-depth practical experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment.
• Experience of SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft clustering services.
• Experience of working with offshore teams and third-party suppliers when performing support and maintenance activity and in resolving issues.
• Experience of working in a cloud environment would be advantageous (AWS/Azure).
• Azure DevOps, Terraform, and pipeline driven deployments are also advantageous.
