The Opportunity
You would build and lead a team of ML Engineers focused on design, development and deployment of high-impact ML models. 50/50 between hands-on & strategy/leadership.

Experience of Interest

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning.
• 2+ years leading an ML team.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Experience with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Cloud experience - GCP (preferred), AWS or Azure.

This will suit an experienced ML Engineer who has led small-medium size teams but is still hands-on in their approach.

In return, they can pay a salary of between £90-110,000 dependent on experience + 25 days holiday + BH + private medical.

You can work fully remote from anywhere in the UK or EU.
