Job Description

What you will do:

  1. Provide an exceptional service to High-Net-Worth individuals (HNWI), focusing on relationship management.
  2. Introducing new customers with a mix of deposits and lending requirements which require unique banking arrangements.
  3. Promoting an innovative brand of Private Banking in the High-Net-Worth community which focuses on delivering AMAZEING customer service.
  4. Working with and understanding HNWI and their day-to-day banking requirements, including anything from complex lending through to savings accounts for their children.
  5. Presenting High Net Worth clients' borrowing requirements to a team of underwriters and credit committees.
  6. Building long-term relationships with clients with a view to moving as much of their day-to-day banking as possible to Metro Bank.
  7. Act as the main point for any queries from your team to ensure that we always deliver the right service for our customers.

What you will need:

  1. Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders.
  2. You will be able to demonstrate a strategy of acquisition.
  3. Knowledge of how to build long-term relationships with clients with a view to moving as much of their day-to-day banking as possible to Metro Bank.
  4. How to work with and understand HNWI and their day-to-day banking requirements; this could include anything from complex lending through to savings accounts for their children.
  5. Strong set of credit skills. Confident in presenting a high-net-worth client's borrowing requirements to a team of underwriters and credit committees (this may also include Residential and buy to let mortgages).
  6. You will have a transferable skill set obtained from working for a Private Bank or Boutique organisation.
