As a Lead Software Engineer in our product development, your mission is to continuously improve an environment where all team members feel valued, safe, and motivated to grow and develop their strengths. You lead by example and work on enhancing the entire team.

Your skills and qualifications

  • Great people skills to understand and support colleagues in achieving their goals
  • Collaborative team player with high quality awareness and strong analytical skills
  • Independent and structured way of working, proactively supporting colleagues with empathy and expertise
  • Good skills in software design and architecture
  • Proficiency in Java and Databases, preferably Oracle
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, Gitlab-CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Experience with Container Technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)
  • Completed education in IT and several years of relevant working experience in Software Engineering

Compensation

We offer a minimum salary of €63,000 gross/year (38.5 hours/week, no All-in contracts) plus an employee bonus and other benefits, adjusted based on your experience and qualifications.
