As a Lead Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with one of the company's key brands, playing a crucial role in steering IT solutions to support business goals through technology. You will leverage your expertise in systems integration and cloud technologies, translating complex concepts into actionable insights. This role requires leading teams, shaping technological strategies, and guiding the delivery of innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architectural Decisions: Guide architectural decisions to align with business and technical requirements, ensuring compliance with governance steps.
• Strategic Design Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to develop high-level designs that integrate with existing systems and meet business objectives.
• Product Selections: Support product selection processes by advising on the best technologies and solutions that align with business needs.
• Architectural Leadership: Lead the adoption of cloud-native technologies and effective architectural patterns across projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary architectural liaison, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders about project direction and outcomes.
• Collaborative Working: Foster collaboration across business, technical, and group teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Line Management: Lead and develop Solution Architects, aligning their contributions with strategic goals and promoting their professional growth.
• Enhancing Architectural Practice: Innovate and advance architectural practices within the Architecture chapter.
